I really enjoyed this addition to my regular Bible reading. This little booklet is written by the Institute for Creation Research and is available from their website or on Kindle. It is an easy daily read just like the familiar Daily Bread. However, the beliefs in Days of Praise are much more in line with our historical Baptist theology than the Daily Breads are (though ICR is not particularly Baptist).
The devotional thoughts encouraging and challenging. When speaking of specifically women’s topics, the book reveals its Complimentarian view of the relationship between men and women, which I really like. As you might expect, there are several entries unashamedly reminding us of the Bible’s teaching on creationism, and I also appreciated that.
